LCSW-C, LICSW, LCSW. (Clinical Supervisor)

I am a licensed Clinical Therapist in MD, VA & DC with over 14 years in the Mental Health field. Board Certified Clinical Supervisor in Maryland. I am a military spouse who specializes in military & veterans work. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples & family. I specialize in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), & Mindfulness Therapy, & aims to help facilitate a person’s deeper understanding of the origin of his or her presenting problem(s).

I believe that taking the step to initiate therapeutic services is one to be applauded. My services are deeply rooted in rapport building, empathy, and emphasis on the importance of collaboration between the client and myself.

Whether you are new to therapy or have a history of mental health care, connecting with a new clinician can be a difficult and frightening experience. I provide a supportive and safe space to assist a person through relevant/appropriate strategies to reach his or her individualized goals. Together, we will explore paths toward emotional resilience. Please reach out and let’s reach your optimum goals together.

I enjoy cooking and baking and experimenting with new recipes from different cultures. I enjoy spending time outdoors, such as nature walks, hiking, and visiting a local park. For self-care, I engage in mindfulness, exercises, digital detox and occasional spa days.
